The Process
After I receive your inquiry, I like to start with a free 30 minute consultation where I can introduce myself and learn more about your event. From there I will give you personalized quote, share more inspiration and ideas around style and options. Once we’ve landed on your project, i’ll pull it into a more formal proposal. A signature and 20% deposit is required to hold your date and make it official. This secures your rentals and my creative time. From there, the project can evolve as your event does! I just ask that the project stays within the original scope or expands as we work to finalize your order.
When your big day approaches, I will be reaching out around 4-5 weeks out. At this time, you and I will collaborate to turn your proposal into a final invoice, land on designs and verbiage. I will then provide sketches to ensure we are on the same page prior to creating the final pieces. In the weeks before your wedding you’ll provide your final details (ie. bar menu, seating assignments, etc) and wrap up the financials. However, I am more than happy to work with you around the payment plan that best fits you. Then, guess what? It’s time to paaarty!!

Four weeks before your big day, I will be reaching out to finalize all of the details and we’ll land on your final pieces.

After our consultation I will pull together a personalized proposal. This is the first step in bringing your vision to life!

Design mockups based on our conversations will be created for you to review, select and approve!

Once a price is agreed upon a 20% deposit and signature is required. This holds the date, creative time, and rentals.

From there, i’ll provide deadlines around the details I need from you. Items like your final bar menu, guest seating assignments and wording will be firmed up at this point.

One week before your wedding the full invoice will be due. Rather pay as you go? Just ask for details!
